When you are ready to add a new Chapter to a Collection Page, you will find a drop down menu in the Title box that presents some Chapter ideas that you can easily select and modify if you wish.  The lists are different for individuals and couples (families). 

If you'd like some ideas in advance of that, the Title names below are some of the most commonly used for Chapter Titles (in Bold) and underlying Linked Album titles, for a Family Collection, an Adult Individual Collection, or a Child's Collection.  These are of course just ideas. as each family and each person is unique and you should match their collection with the best you have of their photos, videos, interests and pastimes to capture their life story.
