How do I unsubscribe?

If you wish to unsubscribe and no longer be charged for your account, please do the following:

Log into your account,
Navigate to My Account (top right of screen),
Scroll down to Subscription Options and click on Change Subscription
Then select Close My Account

Please connect with us if we can help you in any way to get your collection going before you unsubscribe.

If you decide in the future to re-engage, you can log into your account and simply pay the monthly subscription fees for the months you missed, and your collection will be fully reinstated. You will receive no further billing unless you choose to re-engage.
If you wish your data to be erased, please send a note to Contact Us and we will do so and confirm this to you.
