To the left of each Chapter title is a "+" or "-" sign.  Once Entries have been added to a Chapter, clicking the "-" sign collapses the Entries such that one sees only the Chapter Title and Description. When collapsed, clicking the "+" sign then expands the Chapter to show all Entries.  See examples, below:
