A goal of many users of MyFamilyArchive is to have their collection last for decades. Some users are concerned that if they build their collection and pass it on to the next generation, that continuation could be in jeopardy. For this reason, we offer a one-time-payment option which means that this collection will last as long as the company continues. We intend this to be for decades, of course.

Credit for Payments Already Made

If one is already a Basic or Pro Level subscriber, we apply 80% of the payments that they have made to date against the cost of the One-Time-Payment.  For example, if one were a Pro-level subscriber for two years at a cost of $60 per year or $120 paid in, they would get a $96 credit against the price of the One-Time-Payment option.

Money Back Option

Any new subscribers (not conversions as noted above) that subscribe to the One-Time-Payment option can get a full refund of their subscription payment within one year of subscribing.  We do this to make sure peope are pleased with the product.
